Competitive teams are a fantastic opportunity for athletes to take their gymnastics up a notch by participating in competitions against other gymnasts at their level. Gymnasts become part of a true team and gain a community of teammates, friends, parents, and coaches.
Our USAG Girls Team is comprised of athletes competing in either the Xcel Program or Development Program, both under the umbrella of the National Governing Body of Gymnastics.
USAG Team members compete in local, state, regional and national sanctioned invitational and championship events depending on level or division.

Our USAG Boys Team is comprised of athletes competing in the Development Program under the umbrella of the National Governing Body of Gymnastics.
