Adult gymnastics
Available from 8-9PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, Adult Gym is the perfect place to start learning gymnastics or pick up where you left off! Gymnastics is a phenomenal way to get moving, foster mental toughness, and have fun while you’re doing it. We don’t believe anyone is too old to learn gymnastics or to gain the amazing benefits that come from it, so through Adult Gym, we offer supportive coaches, a community, and an upbeat atmosphere to create an ideal environment for pursuing your goals. This program is open to all skill levels, and anyone aged 18 or older is invited to join.
