Welcome to TCG!
Here at TCG, we boost kids with the courage and character they need to soar, not only in gymnastics, but also in life! Through a carefully formulated curriculum and opportunities for growth in teamwork, confidence, and growth mindset, we provide our students with a foundation for both gymnastics and major elements of their daily lives, such as communication, independence, and goal setting.

Located near Wake Forest, just off US 1, with over 18,000 sq. ft. of gymnastics and agility equipment.
Classes
TCG offers a wide range of gymnastics and agility-based classes and curriculum designed for all ages, as well as ability levels. Making it truly possible for anyone to begin learning, we have programs available in girl’s gymnastics, boy’s gymnastics, adult gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja. In each of these programs, our highly knowledgeable staff focus on teaching students all the necessary components they need to be successful, including everything from fundamentals to new and challenging skills.
Camps
TCG is excited to announce the return of summer camps!
We offer full-day camps (8a-4:30p) for campers entering who have completed kindergarten and up. Young campers may join us for half-day camps (8:30a-12:30p).
This year, campers will become explorers as they navigate new worlds and possibilities! Join us each week to discover and learn about nine unique and exciting worlds.
